IT Coordinator infios Logistics Systems (m/f/d)

In the role of IT Coordinator (m/f/d) you are responsible for the further development of the infios logistics systems used. You will gradually take on more responsibility for innovative IT projects in logistics and use your communication skills to the full.

Your tasks

• You act as a central interface between the specialist departments, external service providers and the internal development department
• You design and support the further development of the infios logistics systems within the BAUR Group and thus continuously improve their efficiency and functionality
• You design interfaces to customer systems such as SAP, MS Dynamics NAV and Magento, carry out system settings and ensure that the systems are optimally adapted to new requirements
• You provide 2nd level support for all functionalities of the infios logistics systems and coordinate escalation to 3rd level support if required
• You support the testing of new functionalities of the warehouse management system to ensure their quality and reliability
• You analyze IT requests and malfunctions to find quick and effective solutions and ensure system availability

Your profile

• You have a degree in business informatics or a similar field or have successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Initial professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage, but not essential for this role
• Knowledge of SQL is desirable and can help you to use databases effectively
• You have process knowledge in the areas of logistics and warehousing
• You work independently and have a strong ability to analyze complex issues
• You enjoy working in a classic interface function and coordinating communication between different parties
