We are expanding our Event Management & Solutions team and are looking for a Project Manager to join us as soon as possible.

About you.

  • Whether it’s traditional live communication or digital event innovations – you always keep a close eye on the ‘overarching theme’ and our clients’ objectives.
  • Creative, holistic and strategic aren’t just buzzwords; they describe your skills quite accurately.
  • You’re ‘at the cutting edge’ and have a deep understanding of digital technology; you’re familiar with AI, CMS and guest management systems.
  • You know how to integrate event technology effectively into live events.
  • ‘Confident’ is your middle name, and last-minute requests, tight deadlines and flexibility are all part and parcel of the job for you.
  • English or German? It doesn’t matter.

Your responsibilities.

  • Analysis of customer needs and translation into project requirements
  • Preparing project presentations, ensuring the development of and providing technical oversight for the high-level and detailed concepts, and delivering presentations to clients independently
  • (Sub‑area) responsibility for medium‑sized and large‑scale projects
  • Independent, end‑to‑end management (planning, organisation, implementation and follow‑up) of large‑scale projects, taking into account costs, time and quality
  • Requesting quotations, awarding contracts, invoicing and budgetary responsibility
  • Managing suppliers and creative partners, from research, selection and commissioning to the supervision of suppliers and quality assurance
  • independent management of all internal and external trades
  • Customer support and advice during project implementation
  • Technical leadership, management and coordination of project teams (internal and external)
  • On‑site event support and management
  • Resolving issues relating to on‑site service delivery in collaboration with the customer and suppliers
  • Project monitoring and final accounting for medium‑sized and large‑scale projects
  • Drawing up team deployment plans, workflow and production schedules, and resource allocation plans
  • Preparation of schedules, milestone plans and project status reports
  • Implementing customer loyalty measures
  • Support for internal quality management

Requirements.

  • You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training programme specialising in events or a comparable field.
  • You have several years’ comprehensive professional experience in the events and event technology sector.
  • You are a team player and are able to inspire others.
  • You have a solution- and goal‑oriented approach to work, high standards of quality and service, and an eye for detail.
  • You are creative and determined, and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and commitment.
  • You possess strong advisory and leadership skills.
  • You have a very good command of German and at least a good command of written and spoken English.
  • You are familiar with digital technologies and tools.
