Your mission is to unlock growth from two powerful sources

1. Grow Existing Customers and

2. Create New Revenue Streams.

1. Grow Existing Customers

Our customers already believe in the future of local food production.

You will help them expand their use of OUR GREENERY solutions from single installations to multi-site deployments across their organizations.

  • Expand existing customer accounts across Germany.
  • Increase revenue per customer through additional deployments and services.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within target organizations.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key decision‑makers.
  • Develop account growth plans for all major customers.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership expansions.

You will work directly with customers to identify unmet needs and transform those opportunities into new products, services, and business models.

Imagine building specialty herb production systems for hospitals.

Imagine creating hyper‑local premium ingredients for caterers, canteens, universities, and hospitality groups.

  • Work directly with customers to discover unmet needs.
  • Develop innovative product concepts and new revenue models.
  • Build business cases and validate market demand.
  • Collaborate with technology, operations, and product teams to bring new concepts to life.
  • Launch pilot projects with strategic customers.
  • Turn successful pilots into scalable business lines.

  • Use AI tools and technology to accelerate research, customer engagement, and business development.

By the end of 2027, the following results are expected

  • Significant expansion of existing customer accounts.
  • Multiple customers scaled from single‑site to multi‑site deployments.

Your Profile

  • Equally comfortable in a boardroom, a hotel kitchen, a hospital cafeteria, or a brainstorming session with entrepreneurs.

  • Experience in business development, growth, venture building, strategic partnerships, sales leadership, innovation consulting, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
  • Proven track record generating revenue growth.
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial and business case development skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.

Compensation

We will offer a combination of base salary plus social benefits and a very attractive bonus on achievement of agreed revenue, profitability, customer expansion, and new business development targets.
