Your new job at Outdooractive entails:

  • In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing the CEO’s daily operations by setting priorities, monitoring planning processes, and ensuring efficient organization.
  • Your organizational skills and initiative will create space for strategic decision-making and guarantee seamless workflows—your support is crucial to success.
  • You will act as the extended hand of the CEO, taking responsibility for the modern management of all administrative and organizational requests.
  • You will handle national and international correspondence in German and English and manage office and travel arrangements.
  • You will work closely with C-level management on various projects and will be responsible for preparing presentations, reports, and decision-making documents.
  • You will assist in the organization of trade fairs and help with the preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • You will serve as the primary contact person for external business partners, executives, and employees.

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration or a related field.
  • You have several years of professional experience, ideally as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Board Assistant, or in a Business Development-related secretarial role.
  • You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Experience in working with associations or NGOs is an advantage.
