Senior Communications Advisor / Head of Communications

We're looking for a senior, entrepreneurial communications professional to lead client work and help shape our next growth stage.
Your role
You lead communications and positioning projects from strategy through implementation — managing timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple mandates simultaneously. You develop corporate narratives, advise executives on external and internal communications, sustainability communications and stakeholder engagement, and facilitate workshops with leadership teams. You supervise junior team members, ensuring quality and development on shared projects. You also contribute to thought leadership, content and business development.
You are equally comfortable advising boards and executive teams and getting hands-on where the work demands it.
What you bring
- 8+ years in corporate communications, public affairs or sustainability communications
- Experience advising senior leaders in complex stakeholder environments, including internal communications
- Proven project management skills across concurrent, complex mandates
- Full professional proficiency in both German and English — you write, present and advise at senior level in both languages, without exception
- Solid understanding of sustainability topics, ESG or stakeholder engagement
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership, including in team leadership
