Outpost VFX is hiring a Production Manager in Stuttgart to guide schedules, priorities and client delivery on VFX productions.
Location: Stuttgart, Germany
Contract and work arrangement: Full-time in Stuttgart; remote work is not confirmed.
What you will do
- Maintain the show’s schedule, targets and daily priorities with the producer.
- Coordinate client submissions, delivery information and data-IO materials.
- Support junior production colleagues and promote clear, positive team practices.
What the studio is looking for
- At least three years of relevant VFX experience and proven scheduling skills.
- Strong organization and shot/asset database management.
- ShotGrid and Microsoft Office proficiency, plus familiarity with cineSync and data-transfer services.
