International Billing & Collections Account Manager (Spanish a plus)

pp(Full professional proficiency in English plus one additional native language required) /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs an International Collections Account Manager, your job is to help hospitals recover unpaid bills from patients and insurers around the world. You will communicate with debtors and insurance companies to negotiate settlements, establish payment plans, follow up on insurance claims, and resolve disputes. You will also research debtor information and ensure all cases are documented accurately. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liContact debtors and insurers worldwide in a professional, assertive, and courteous manner. /li liSubmit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely resolution. /li liUse specialized databases and research tools to locate debtors and obtain updated contact information. /li liConduct a high volume of outbound collection calls (approx. 85% of working time). /li liNegotiate settlements and payment plans to recover outstanding balances. /li liDocument all collection activity clearly and accurately. /li liResolve disputes and act as the link between creditors and debtors. /li liHandle administrative tasks such as correspondence, client requests, and reports. /li liEnsure compliance with international debt collection and data protection standards. /li liConsistently meet and exceed collection targets. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBilingual proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English (professional level) plus native fluency in another major language. /li liStrong communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. /li liAssertive, clear, and professional communication style. /li liHighly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented. /li liStrong organizational and time management abilities. /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, define issues, and implement solutions. /li liComputer literate with solid keyboard proficiency. /li liCurrent residence in Switzerland is required, along with a valid Swiss work permit or the legal right to obtain one (e.g., EU/EFTA citizens already residing in Switzerland).
