• Act as the main point of contact for VIPs—resolving issues, answering questions, and providing premium support
• Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure seamless experiences
• Design and deliver personalised promotions, rewards, and events to boost loyalty
• Monitor VIP player activity to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for engagement
• Analyse feedback and behaviour to help shape our player-first strategy
• Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our VIP offering fresh, relevant, and competitive

✅ What You Bring

• Experience in VIP or Key Account Management—ideally within online gaming, crypto casinos, or high-touch customer environments
• A strong understanding of what high-value players want—and how to deliver it
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
