What you\’ll do

• Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers, becoming their go-to advisor
• Support Sales in all technical aspects of the sales lifecycle
• Lead discovery calls and analyze customer needs, workflows, and technical environments
• Propose tailored software solutions that solve customer challenges and create business value
• Design and deliver product presentations and customized demos
• Draft technical documentation, including solution proposals and functional designs
• Collaborate with Solution Experts, Product Management, tender team, and other internal teams
• Influence strategic deals by showcasing OverIT’s unique value proposition

What you\’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant in the B2B enterprise software market
• Native German speaker, with excellent English communication skills in English
• Experience engaging and persuading C-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to design enterprise software solutions with a strategic, big-picture vision
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team collaboration mindset
• Solid understanding of the SaaS business model
• A straightforward and coherent communication style coupled with meticulous attention to detail

• Experience with Field Service Management Software solutions
• Experience with energy & utilities industries
