To further scale our business and transform healthcare access and outcomes across Europe, we are looking for a hands-on strategic Head of CRM to help shape the future of patient engagement. We welcome candidates based in Germany or the UK.

The Role

You’ll lead a highly collaborative team driving patient and doctor journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and our internal platforms. We’ve built strong foundations – now we need a leader to scale, standardise, and elevate CRM impact across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a high-performing CRM team (6+ and growing).
  • Own our Salesforce Marketing Cloud setup, driving best practices and performance.
  • Set CRM strategy and roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • Align CRM with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive OKRs.
  • Champion automation, experimentation, and measurable engagement outcomes.
  • Own the CRM budget and resourcing across markets.

About You

  • 7+ years in CRM with proven impact on retention and engagement.
  • 2+ years leading teams of 5+, ideally in tech-driven scale-ups.
  • Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (hands-on or strategic).
  • Stakeholder leadership across cross-functional squads.
  • A builder’s mindset – structured, pragmatic, and impact-focused.
