The business supports clients across the full project lifecycle, including design, delivery, optimisation, and long-term energy management.
Following a period of significant growth, they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale their commercial organisation.
The Head of Sales will play a central role in driving growth, building a scalable sales engine, and strengthening the company’s position in a rapidly expanding market.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing B2B sales organisation.
- Own and manage the full sales funnel, from initial lead generation through to successful closing.
- Actively support and drive complex commercial negotiations through to contract signature.
- Establish and embed a strong performance‑driven sales and closing culture.
- Design, scale, and continuously improve sales processes, organisational structures, and KPI frameworks.
- Develop, manage, and expand strategic key account relationships to drive long‑term growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales experience
- Experience building and leading Sales teams
- Experience in the Renewable Energy sector
