Our client is a fast-growing provider of integrated commercial energy solutions, delivering end-to-end onsite renewable energy systems for industrial and commercial customers. The business supports clients across the full project lifecycle, including design, delivery, optimisation, and long-term energy management.

Following a period of significant growth, they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale their commercial organisation.

The Head of Sales will play a central role in driving growth, building a scalable sales engine, and strengthening the company’s position in a rapidly expanding market.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing B2B sales organisation.
  • Own and manage the full sales funnel, from initial lead generation through to successful closing.
  • Actively support and drive complex commercial negotiations through to contract signature.
  • Establish and embed a strong performance‑driven sales and closing culture.
  • Design, scale, and continuously improve sales processes, organisational structures, and KPI frameworks.
  • Develop, manage, and expand strategic key account relationships to drive long‑term growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales experience
  • Experience building and leading Sales teams
  • Experience in the Renewable Energy sector
