- Junior Buyer (m/f/d)
- Your tasks
- Responsibility for the operational and strategic procurement of technical components and services
- Selection, evaluation and development of suppliers in a national and international environment
- Conducting price and contract negotiations
- Ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets
- Analysis of procurement markets and identification of savings potential
- Close cooperation with development, production and logistics
- Monitoring delivery dates and escalation management in case of bottlenecks
- Maintenance and further development of procurement processes and systems
- Participation in projects (e. g. product developments, make-or-buy analyses)
- Your qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
- Alternatively: Commercial/technical training with corresponding professional experience in procurement
- Desirable: Experience in technical procurement, ideally in a manufacturing company
- Technical understanding of mechanical and/or electronic components
- Business fluent German and good English skills
- Confident use of ERP systems (e. g. Factwork) and MS Office
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Assertiveness, communication skills and negotiation skills
- Teamwork and high level of initiative
