- Your Responsibilities
- Analyze the market to identify new clients and business opportunities.
- Prospect actively, arrange meetings, and conduct initial discussions with potential clients.
- Understand client needs, gather requirements, and negotiate business terms.
- Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process (interviews, preparation, follow-up) and coordinate hiring processes with clients.
- Manage client accounts, projects, and consultants, both from a technical and career development perspective.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in the sales of IT or Engineering services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT or Engineering profiles.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
