Artificial Intelligence Consultant

Location : Germany (Remote or Hybrid)

Salary : Up to €100,000 base (depending on experience) + monthly bonus

Experience Level : 3+ years in AI consulting or related technical roles

Mandatory requirement : Candidates must be fluent German speakers.

We are looking for a skilled AI Consultant with deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and a strong blend of technical and client-facing skills. Responsibilities

Client-Facing AI Consulting :

• Lead one major client project as the primary AI consultant
• Contribute strategically and technically to two additional client engagements
• Act as a subject matter expert for AI-related questions across the business
• Support clients in defining and building AI strategies aligned with their goals
• Translate business needs into LLM-based technical solutions
• Stay current on the latest developments in OpenAI and broader LLM technologies and guide clients accordingly

Technical Execution :

• Design, build, and deploy AI solutions using Python
• Support deployments in cloud environments (preferably Azure)
• Contribute to or advise on the implementation of MLOps pipelines where appropriate

Internal Collaboration :

• Work closely with software engineering and operations teams to integrate AI solutions into broader systems
• Optional light mentoring of junior staff for candidates with management experience

What We\’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of experience in AI consulting or similar technical roles
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, including fine-tuning and real-world application
• Proven ability to communicate and lead conversations with clients
• Familiarity with OpenAI tools and staying up to date with its ecosystem
• Experience working in cloud environments, ideally Azure
• Good understanding of software engineering workflows and practices
• MLOps experience or openness to working with MLOps tools is a plus
• A PhD in a relevant field is a strong plus but not a requirement

Technical Environment

Programming : Python

Cloud : Azure preferred, general cloud experience valued

Other : MLOps familiarity (optional but beneficial)
