Job Title: Customer Service Specialist – Logistics
Job Description:
- Acknowledge mails from Customers
- Plan & execute export operation
- Ensure daily activities run smoothly & generate more productivity
- To ensure 100% accuracy in recording shipment/cargoes details
- To maintain good relationship with customers whenever they need assistance & support
- To issue invoices for customers (if any)
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
- Monthly billing & weekly billing (if any)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Batu Maung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
