WHAT YOU'LL DOYou prepare regular cost, revenue, and profitability analyses for the P3 group companies.
You monitor budget utilization and support the monthly forecast process.
You identify deviations from targets, analyze their causes, and coordinate follow-up actions with the relevant stakeholders.
You maintain and further develop controlling reports, dashboards, and management overviews.
You ensure the quality and consistency of financial and operational data within the reporting environment.
You support month-end and year-end closing activities from a controlling perspective.
You create ad hoc analyses and business evaluations for management.
You work closely with international subsidiaries on planning, reporting, and financial performance topics.
WHO YOU AREYou have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable qualification.
You have gained initial experience in Controlling, Finance, or as a Business Analyst.
You ideally have an understanding of financial processes within the software industry.
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and ideally have already worked with DATEV.
You stand out through your customer-focused mindset, goal orientation, and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
You are looking to join us either part-time (at least 50%) or full-time.
