Overview
In this role, you shape IT strategy for our German locations and drive its implementation. You lead end-to-end deployment of new software services and pair technical work with user training. You maintain a high‑performing client environment across Windows and macOS, and ensure reliable network connectivity at all sites. You manage Microsoft 365 administration and cloud integrations, while aligning local initiatives with Global IT requirements. You’ll thrive in an international setting by shaping the IT landscape together with a global team.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and implement IT strategies for German sites
- Lead end-to-end rollout of new software services, including training
- Provide cross‑platform PC support (Windows 11 and macOS)
- Ensure connectivity and manage local LAN/WiFi networks and VPNs
- Administer Microsoft 365 and integrate cloud services
- Coordinate with Global IT and manage 2nd/3rd level tickets across locations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or vocational IT training (e.g., IT specialist)
- Proficiency in administering Windows 11 and macOS
- Strategic mindset with experience in planning and evaluating IT concepts
- Solid understanding of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WiFi, VPN)
- Experience in introducing software solutions and project management
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within Germany
