WHAT YOU'LL DOYou plan and lead complex supply chain projects with a focus on value network optimization, supplier enablement and management, as well as sustainability across the supply chain.

You advise our clients’ top management on strategies and implementation concepts for efficient and sustainable supply chain solutions.

You develop and implement concepts for demand planning, program planning, capacity management, and order fulfillment.

You design end-to-end information flows and define IT requirements within the supply chain.

You develop and optimize KPI systems for effective supply chain management and performance monitoring.

You apply digitalization methods (Industry 4.0 technologies) and innovative approaches to drive operational excellence.

You take overall responsibility in critical project situations at OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, ensuring transparency, stability, and security of supply.

You develop sustainable strategies for the industry of tomorrow: designing resilient, cost-effective, and future-oriented procurement and production strategies that can withstand global challenges and emerging trends.

You act as the key interface between the shop floor and management: leveraging your analytical mindset and understanding of both operational and strategic contexts to enable informed decision-making for our clients.

You lead and motivate cross-functional teams, independently manage (sub-)projects, and actively contribute to turning visions into reality.

WHO YOU AREYou are passionate about topics such as supply chain management, supplier management, and operations.

You have an academic background, ideally in engineering.

You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management within the automotive industry or in management consulting.

You have a strong conceptual mindset while also being able to implement solutions pragmatically and effectively.

You are results-oriented while always keeping people and collaboration in focus.

You consider yourself a hands-on problem solver with strong digital competencies.

You possess excellent German and English language skills, along with strong teamwork, communication, and presentation abilities.

You demonstrate a high willingness to travel and a high degree of flexibility.
