WHAT YOU'LL DOYou are responsible for leading and managing defence projects.
You serve as the primary point of contact for consulting clients across Germany, both remotely and on-site.
You ensure compliance with project objectives regarding timelines, costs, and quality.
You apply both agile and traditional project management methodologies to efficiently manage and deliver projects.
You identify optimization opportunities and continuously improve processes.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within the defence sector.
You support the strategic development and growth of our Defence business unit.
WHO YOU AREYou have successfully completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
You have already gained initial professional experience within the defence sector and have experience leading technical development projects.
You possess knowledge of international defence markets.
Ideally, you have experience working with the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr).
You are proficient in the use of project management tools and methodologies commonly applied in military environments (e. g., V-Model XT BUND, DOORS, SAP).
Ideally, you have knowledge of military standards and requirements, such as NATO MIL-STDs, VG standards, and related regulations.
You are willing to undergo a security clearance process and ideally already hold a valid security clearance (Ü2 or higher).
