About the job Senior Consultant, Automotive Plant Operations In this role, you will work directly with automotive suppliers of all sizes, helping them resolve operational challenges, improve performance, and stabilize production. Location: On-site at suppliers, primarily across Germany Travel: Approximately 4 days per week on-site | Type: Permanent Employment | Industry: Automotive Who You Are Fluent in German and confident in English. A problem-solver who can connect strategic insight with operational execution. Have worked directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers on-site in factories or production plants and have been responsible for supplier performance or production coordination. Have managed production processes. Hold a relevant university degree. What You'll Do Work directly with leading automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Be directly involved in shaping supplier performance and production success at some of the industry's top automotive companies. Act as a trusted advisor to clients on supplier performance, production efficiency, and logistics stability. Drive end-to-end supplier management, including onboarding, capability assessments, quality improvement initiatives, and risk mitigation. Identify and resolve production, quality, and supply chain bottlenecks. Strengthen supplier relationships while driving measurable and sustainable improvements. Why P3?
