Student (m/f/d) Operations and Supply Chain Management

• P3 develops new business models, unlocks future revenue streams for clients, and supports them in building the necessary capabilities.
• P3 supports and empowers client organizations to establish robust structures that enable sustainable operations and future growth.
• P3 delivers end to end security consulting solutions and ensures a seamless service and product rollout.

What You’ll Do

• You write a master’s thesis and support consulting projects with a focus on production optimization, industrialization, lean management, supplier management, as well as procurement and supply strategies.
• You independently manage individual work packages and, together with the team, derive actionable recommendations for the client.
• You prepare concepts, processes, and strategies to achieve project objectives and create specialized documentation and reports.
• You support the project team both on-site and/or remotely through independent contributions.
• You take on project management responsibilities.

Who You Are

• You are pursuing a degree in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• You have gained initial practical experience in the automotive industry and/or consulting and have a strong interest in production and supply chain management.
• You are proficient in using MS Office applications; additional skills and knowledge are an advantage.
• You possess strong analytical thinking skills, a quick grasp of complex topics, and excellent organizational abilities.
• You meet the standard expectations as well: you have excellent German and English language skills, work effectively both in a team and independently, communicate confidently, and demonstrate strong presentation skills as well as a high degree of flexibility.
