Your profile:
- You have already gained initial experience in Human Resources , particularly in working with HR software, maintaining employee records, and optimizing administrative processes—and you are truly passionate about this field. You are an ideal candidate if you have gained your experience in an IT company.
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as Personnel Services Clerk (Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau) or hold a degree in HR-related studies—or have a similar qualification.
- You are a natural organizer, work in a structured manner, and enjoy making processes more efficient while introducing new standards .
- Your German and English skills are excellent, both spoken and written.

Your job:
You are the first point of contact for your departments when it comes to HR topics, guiding them from talent acquisition to the long-term development of their teams.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: You shape the candidate journey – from identifying and engaging potential talent to ensuring a smooth and successful integration of new team members.
- Learning & Development: You work closely with your departments to plan and implement training initiatives, supporting the continuous growth and development of employees.
- HR Administration & Processes: You are responsible for maintaining our digital employee records, optimizing HR processes, and leveraging your expertise in working with our HR software, Personio.
