As part of a European strategic sourcing organisation, they are seeking a Head of Strategic Purchasing to lead sourcing activities within the Renewable Energy sector while driving Procurement Excellence across the wider organisation.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and executing a European category strategy for renewable energy products, negotiating strategic supplier agreements, building long-term supplier partnerships, and creating scalable commercial frameworks that support continued growth.
The successful candidate will also champion procurement maturity by designing and implementing best-in-class procurement tools, processes, and governance frameworks across the business.
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in strategic sourcing, category management, supplier negotiations, and procurement transformation within a complex international environment.
Exposure to renewable energy, photovoltaics, electrical products, or adjacent industrial sectors would be highly advantageous.
