Consultant - Senior Recruiter

Pack GTM is the leading specialist, on-the-ground recruitment firm for B2B SaaS companies hiring GTM talent in Germany. We’re now hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can operate autonomously from day one and who has clear ambitions to grow into a Principal or Team Lead role as the business scales. Pack GTM is a Berlin-based specialist recruitment agency focused exclusively on B2B SaaS GTM roles across Germany and DACH. We partner with VC-backed startups, listed tech firms, and global enterprises to hire sales, revenue, and GTM leadership talent - from SDRs through to VP and C-level. Have 3+ years’ experience in agency recruitment (360 role) or a proven commercial sales background SaaS / GTM recruitment experience is a strong advantage. Full professional ability (C1/C2) in both English and German is a must.
