What You’ll Be Doing: &##128058; End-to-end SaaS sales recruitment across Germany & wider Europe – contingent, retained and multiple hire &##128058; Owning client relationships: from BD and onboarding through to close &##128058; Sourcing and engaging top-tier SaaS sales talent (AE, SDR, Sales Leaders etc.) &##128058; Leading interviews, managing offers, closing placements &##128058; Partnering with ambitious founders, VPs and investors scaling high-growth tech companies What We’re Looking For: &##128156; Experience working agency-side – ideally in sales or SaaS recruitment &##128156; 360° mindset – you get BD, you get delivery, and you want to do both &##128156; A proven track record of billing – and hungry to beat it &##128156; A builder’s mentality – not just filling roles, but shaping accounts &##128156; Berlin-based (hybrid) and fluent in English and German What You’ll Get: &##128176; €100k OTE – generous commission structure – no cap, no limits &##128200; A path to Principal or Team Lead – we’re growing, and we’re building internally &##128293; High-performance environment – lean, direct, and ambitious &##127969; Hybrid flexibility – modern working style, no micromanagement What We Don’t Want: ❌ Low energy or bad vibes ❌ Someone who ‘waits’ for things to happen instead of making them happen ❌ People who just ‘turn up’ instead of getting stuck in If you’re hungry, ambitious, and ready to take your career (and commission) up a gear, we should talk.
