Social Media Manager

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager!

(But around here, you’ll be known as the Chief Noise Officer .)

Pack GTM is Germany’s first specialist SaaS sales recruitment agency, and we’re growing fast. We’re loud, bold, and unapologetically ambitious – now, we need someone to make even more noise .

This role is for a creative, ambitious, and driven social media marketer who lives and breathes brand, content, and engagement. You’ll be the one taking Pack GTM’s online presence to new heights – creating attention-grabbing content, building an engaged audience, and making sure we’re impossible to ignore in the SaaS world.

Bonus points if you’re comfortable with video!

What you’ll be doing:

1. Owning and executing our social media and content strategy across LinkedIn and beyond. (LinkedIn is home base, but we’re open to expanding where it makes sense. Instagram? TikTok? YouTube? Nothing\’s off-limits.)
2. Creating bold, engaging, and shareable content – from graphics and memes to video and thought leadership.
3. Helping develop our brand voice and ensuring we stand out in a sea of dull, corporate recruiters.
4. Experimenting with TikTok and other platforms to test new ways of reaching our niche audience.
5. Keeping a pulse on industry trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
6. Measuring engagement and iterating fast – we care about impact, not just output.

What we’re looking for:

1. 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
2. A natural storyteller who understands how to build and grow an audience online .
3. Someone who gets LinkedIn – and knows how to create content that actually performs there.
4. Interest in (or experience with) TikTok and other short-form video content.
5. A strong understanding of branding and how to build a company’s online presence.
6. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment (we’re not here to micromanage).
7. Bonus points if you\’re a fluent German-speaker – we are in Germany after all!
