As Senior Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Group’s liquidity, supporting international cash pooling, optimizing financial structures, and helping shape the future of treasury systems and policies. This Group‑level role reports directly to the Head of Treasury and Investor Relations and offers full exposure to the company’s global treasury function.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international cash pooling and an in‑house payment factory solution
- Lead financial disposition and liquidity planning (short and medium term)
- Support hedging activities related to interest rate and currency risk
- Provide financial support to Group companies implementing financing strategies
- Oversee intercompany transfers, currency trading, and cash management operations
- Manage bank accounts and user access administration
- Create and maintain treasury policies and operational guidelines
- Lead strategic treasury projects, including a new Treasury Management System (TMS) rollout
- Enhance and expand the Group’s treasury reporting systems
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Group Treasury function
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must‑have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 4–6 years of relevant treasury experience in a corporate or financial institution
- Solid understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, and FX risk management
- Familiarity with international treasury operations and systems
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
