# Geneva Site & Workplace ManagerFédération Internationale de l'AutomobileGeneva, SwitzerlandPosted 30 Sept 2026## About this roleMISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Shape the site strategy: Develop the medium-term vision for space, capacity, services and investment. Build clear scenarios and business cases for workplace, lease and fit-out decisions.- Deliver workplace projects: Lead refurbishment, fit-out, relocation and improvement projects from planning and design through to handover, ensuring safe, timely and cost-effective delivery.- Run high-quality workplace services: Oversee hard and soft facility management services, set service standards, manage suppliers and contracts, and drive continuous improvement.- Protect people and operations: Ensure effective Health & Safety, physical security, emergency preparedness, incident response and business continuity arrangements.- Manage budgets and value: Control workplace and facility management budgets, prioritise investments and identify efficiencies without compromising safety, quality or employee experience.- Lead and influence: Coach the local team, act as a trusted partner to business leaders and build alignment across internal stakeholders, landlords, consultants, contractors and service providers.PROFILE:What you bring- Relevant degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.- At least five years of relevant experience in workplace, real estate or facility management, including refurbishment, fit-out or workplace projects.- Experience developing business cases and presenting clear investment options to senior decision-makers.- Solid knowledge of hard and soft facility management, lease or asset management, budgets, procurement, contracts and supplier performance.- Experience leading a small team and coordinating contractors, consultants and service providers.- Working knowledge of Health & Safety, physical security and business continuity.- Fluent English and French.An advantage: experience in an international or multi-site environment, hybrid workplace models, workplace change or employee-experience projects, and additional languages.The profile we are looking forYou are forward-looking, pragmatic and service-oriented.
