About Our Client Our client is a European Crypto company looking to grow specifically in the DACH region.
Since Mi CAR compliance and regulatory readiness is a huge topic, my client is hiring a whole team.
Job Description Monitor and interpret Mi CAR regulations to ensure full compliance across cryptocurrency operations.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Provide expert guidance and training on Mi CAR and cryptocurrency-related compliance matters.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting of compliance-related updates.
Stay updated on global regulatory developments affecting the cryptocurrency and technology industries, especially across Europe.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compliance strategies with organizational goals.
Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior leadership.
The Successful Applicant A successful Crypto / Mi CAR Compliance Team member should have: A strong understanding of Mi CAR regulations and cryptocurrency compliance.
Experience working within financial services, ideally Digital Assets in the German market.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English is a must.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
A proactive approach to staying informed about regulatory changes and trends.
