Job Description As a member of the Supervisory Board / Advisory Board (m/f/d), you provide independent oversight, strategic guidance, and constructive challenge to the Crypto company's management.

This role is strictly non-operational and does not involve day-to-day management or execution responsibilities.

Strategic mindset with governance experience: experience operating at board or equivalent level, with the ability to challenge management constructively and contribute to long-term strategy.

Regulatory and risk awareness, particularly in Europe High integrity and independence: brings objective judgment, strong ethical standards, and the ability to maintain independence from operational decision-making.

Commercial acumen: ability to assess business models, capital allocation decisions, and growth strategies in fast-moving, volatile markets.

Experience with scaling and transformation Investor or capital markets exposure: background in venture capital, private equity, or institutional investment in digital assets.
