Overview
In this leadership role, you drive the end-to-end operations and strategic transformation of a fast-growing implantable medical devices company. You will own the operating model, lead cross-functional teams across product development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, and ensure quality, compliance, and scalable growth. You partner with the CEO to shape multi-year transformation and international expansion while preserving agility and innovation. You will make an impact by building scalable capabilities that support commercial growth and financial discipline.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead product development to market launch, ensuring industrialization, manufacturing readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee end-to-end value chain: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, RA/QA, and Operational Excellence
- Design and implement the future operating model with governance, processes, and data-driven decision-making
- Lead strategic transformation and organizational scaling, including international expansion and leadership platform
- Partner with CEO to structure, prioritize, and execute the company strategy and multi-year roadmap
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience in regulated medical device environments (mandatory)
- Proven experience scaling operations in a high-growth setting
- COO/VP Operations or equivalent leadership background
- Strong exposure to Product Development, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs & Quality
- Significant US market exposure preferred
- Strong business/commercial understanding and product intuition
