This role will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR budget data across regions and business units, while also supporting broader initiatives related to cost management, vendor financial management, and the implementation of new tools.

Missions Manage, consolidate, validate, and analyze HR budget and forecast data across the organization.
Produce regular financial reports, dashboards, and insights to support HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Support workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
Partner closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.
Assist in monitoring HR-related operational costs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Support vendor financial management processes, including budget tracking, invoicing oversight, spend analysis, and contract-related reporting.
Contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of new HR, workforce management, and financial systems.
Gather business requirements, document processes, and support change management initiatives.
Improve data quality, reporting automation, and financial governance practices.
Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and project teams during system implementation initiatives.
Profil du candidat Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, HR Finance, Workforce Analytics, or Cost Management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
