We are seeking an highly professional Executive Assistant to CFOExecutive Assistant to CFOWe are seeking an highly professional Executive Assistant to CFO who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and enjoys working in close partnership with a senior executive.Executive Assistant to CFOOur client is an international company.MissionsExecutive Assistant & CFO SupportAct as the primary point of coordination for the CFO's office, ensuring efficient management of priorities, deadlines and commitments.Manage a complex and evolving executive agenda, proactively identifying conflicts and recommending solutions.Prepare briefing notes, presentations, talking points and background materials to ensure the CFO is fully prepared for meetings and engagements.Draft, review and manage executive correspondence and communications on behalf of the CFO.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and logistical arrangements.Manage travel planning, itineraries and related logistics.Attend key meetings, prepare minutes and monitor the implementation of agreed actions.Ensure timely follow-up on commitments made by the CFO and track progress across stakeholders.Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.Anticipate issues and proactively address administrative and operational challenges before they arise.Stakeholder Management & CoordinationServe as a key liaison between the CFO and senior leaders, Board members, country offices and external partners.Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders and functions.Build trusted relationships across the organisation to support efficient decision-making and execution.Coordinate the preparation of governance meetings and support interactions with Board and Committee members.Project Coordination & Business SupportSupport strategic and operational initiatives sponsored by the CFO.Track project milestones, deliverables and dependencies, ensuring timely execution.Identify risks, bottlenecks and issues requiring escalation.Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancements in processes, systems and ways of working.Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment among stakeholders.Reporting & Governance SupportReview and quality-check reports, presentations and governance documentation.Support the preparation of Board, Committee and executive leadership materials.Conduct research and prepare analysis to support decision-making.Assist in the consolidation of information from multiple stakeholders into concise executive summaries.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of governance deliverables.Profil du candidat8-10 years of experience supporting a CFO, CEO, Executive Director or other senior executive in a complex international environment.Significant experience managing executive priorities, governance activities and senior stakeholder relationships.Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior leadership.Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.Exposure to international, NGO, multilateral or matrix organisations is an advantage.Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting and governance processes is desirableConditions et AvantagesA unique opportunity to work as the trusted partner to the CFO, with significant exposure to executive leadership, governance bodies and strategic decision-making.A highly visible and impactful role at the centre of the organisation, collaborating with senior stakeholders across a global and multicultural environment.The chance to contribute beyond traditional executive support by coordinating strategic initiatives and influencing organisational effectiveness. jid39ffb77aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
