We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager. This role requires exceptional skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.MissionsExecutive Support- Manage the General Manager s calendar, ensuring effective of meetings, appointments, and business domestic and travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and itineraries.- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, briefing documents, and and manage incoming ensuring timely responses and follow-up confidential and sensitive with the highest level of discretion.Meeting & Event- internal and external meetings, including of meeting logistics, and follow-up meetings as required, take minutes, and track action items meetings, management committees, and business reviews.- Support the of company events, client meetings, off-sites, and executive visits.Stakeholder Management- Act as a key liaison between the General Manager and internal/external effective across departments and with external and ensure timely follow-up on key business& Support- Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.- Monitor deadlines and ensure follow-up on projects and key with budget tracking, expense management, and invoice processing where required.- Maintain filing systems records.- Support governance activities and document management.Project- by tracking milestones, deadlines, risks, and cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between stakeholders.- Monitor progress and prepare for leadership& degree in Business Management, Finance, Hospitality, or equivalent experience.Experience- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Assistant supporting executive-level leadership.- Experience supporting senior executives in an and fast-paced environment.- Exposure to is highly& CompetenciesTechnical Skills- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).- Strong and document skills.- Experience with ERP, expense management, and tools is an advantage.Personal- and time-management to detail and commitment to quality.- Excellent interpersonal and skills.- Ability to work independently and exercise sound level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.- Proactive, solution-oriented, and resilient under multitasking and capabilities.Languages- Fluent English and French are requiredConditions et Avantages- Full time day of home week. jid088ff5daen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
