Description
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
Manage the full employee life cycle, including:
Onboarding and integration
Contract administration and amendments
Internal mobility
Employee development
Offboarding processes
Prepare and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Swiss labor and social law.
Support employee relations matters and advise managers on HR best practices.
Participate in local and international HR projects.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and global HR teams.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
Profile
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in a HR Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of the Swiss labor and social law framework.
Experience managing the full employee life cycle.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced international environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
