We are looking for a bilingual French/English HR Generalist to join a dynamic HR team for a temporary assignment with strong prospects for progression to a HR Business Partner role. In this generalist position, you will work on a wide range of HR topics while participating in transformation and continuous improvement projects.
HR Generalist (French / English) - Evolving Assignment

Responsibilities
- Provide daily HR support to employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle. - Oversee and coordinate payroll activities in collaboration with internal and external partners. - Participate in recruitment processes: job posting, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up. - Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and transformation initiatives. - Participate in the optimisation and formalisation of HR processes. - Ensure HR data monitoring and maintain its quality and compliance. - Support managers on HR policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in Human Resources or equivalent field. - Several years of successful experience in an HR Generalist role. - Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR practices. - Experience in supervising or coordinating payroll processes. - Experience in HR project management and process improvement. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset. - Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-focused approach. - Fluent French and English, both spoken and written, are essential.
