We are looking for a bilingual French and Italian HR and Payroll professional. We are looking for a bilingual French and Italian HR with solid experience in HR and payroll ideally in an international environment. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, HR and payroll processes for France and Italy while ensuring compliance. Our client is a well-established consumer goods company with operations across multiple European markets.Missions- Manage day-to-day HR activities for employees based in France and Italy- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documents- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR and payroll activities in coordination with external payroll providers- Collect, review, and submit monthly payroll data to ensure salary processing- Serve as the key contact for employee queries- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes- Maintain employee records and HR systems- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies- Partner with HR stakeholders across the EMEA region to support business objectivesProfile- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar HR role- Experience supporting payroll processes in coordination with external providers- Sound knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR practices- Fluency in both French and Italian is mandatory- Good command of English in a professional environment- Strong organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proactive, service-oriented, and detail-focused approach- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment- High degree of professionalism when handling confidential dataBenefits- Opportunity to join a leading company- Exposure to a diverse and multicultural EMEA environment- 2 days of home office per week jidc22e299aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
