Responsibilities As a Property Manager (m/f), you will have the following responsibilities: Manage a property portfolio and ensure its operational, commercial and financial performance. Negotiate, establish and monitor lease contracts as well as their renewals and amendments. Develop and manage operating budgets, investments and maintenance plans for assets. Supervise property management companies, service providers and external partners to guarantee service quality. Coordinate renovation projects and monitor works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure monitoring of contractual deadlines, regulatory obligations and building compliance. Represent the company with tenants, landlords, authorities, co-ownerships and external advisors. Contribute to the enhancement of the property portfolio and optimisation of its profitability.
Candidate Profile As a Property Manager (m/f), you have the following profile: Higher education in real estate (Federal Diploma or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of experience in property management. Excellent knowledge of tenancy law and rental management. Experience in lease negotiation and managing external partners. Strong analytical, organisational and financial skills. Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented personality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel; SAP RE-FX is an advantage.
