Your tasks
The Project Manager is the main contact and stakeholder for PAION projects to the management and leadership team of PAION. Is responsible for the transparent and up-to-date communication of the progress of the projects and ensures that the projects are conducted in line with the company’s strategy, timelines and allowed budget.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks:
- Head the project team consisting of subject matter experts (SMEs) that have been assigned to the project team by the respective heads of department.
- Organise and structure the interaction in the project team.
- Conduct regular project team meetings including drafting of minutes.
- Responsible for creating the overall project documentation including project plans, action lists, reports for management, etc.
- Responsible for following up with SMEs on project related tasks.
- Responsible for the overall filing of all project related documents.
- Prepare for and present to the management and leadership team regular project updates and ensure that there is full transparency about the status of the project like timelines and budget.
- Prepare and present decision documents in order to facilitate the project related decision making process.
- Facilitate the communication between the project team and the management and leadership team.
- Interact with PAION’s licensees and/or vendors in project related topics, as necessary.
Your profile
- Graduate in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, Chemistry or Life Sciences.
- At least 3 years practical industrial experience working in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a PM leading role.
- Understanding the requirements of QA and experience in working/using a Quality Management System.
- Very good knowledge of project management tools and practices.
- Strong communication and team building skills.
- Experience in working in a virtual company setting that is largely based on external vendors.
- Knowledge of GMP and GCP.
- Language skills: German and English.
