Would you like to contribute your experience as an Information Security Manager (f/m/d) at PAIR Finance? Help us to continuously develop our ISMS and keep it up to date. Get involved in audits, assess IT risks and carry out regular checks to ensure that our processes and guidelines are implemented effectively. What you can do with us:
- Monitoring and improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and associated guidelines.
- Review the effectiveness of our internal controls, processes and guidelines and develop proposals for solutions to ensure information security at all times.
- Participation in audits (including ISO270XX) in cooperation with other departments.
- Independently carrying out risk assessments and mitigating risks relating to information security.
- Investigation of incidents, independent solution and sustainable processing of problems in information security.
- Identifying, analyzing and assessing IT risks, such as monitoring common hacking web resources and CVEs for software used at PAIR Finance and initiating remediation actions.
- Preparation of security and incident reports for management and regulators.
- Supporting the BCO in the implementation of business continuity management.
What you should bring for it:
- A degree in informatics, information security or a comparable field.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, in particular ISO 270XX and/or BSI basic protection as well as NIST and/or SOC2.
- Relevant professional experience in the field of information security management system, ideally in a StartUp/FinTech.
- Relevant professional experience in the area of cloud security and handling of corresponding monitoring systems.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (C1+) is required, very good knowledge of German (B2+) is desirable.
- Experience in working with international teams is an advantage.
- High technical affinity and interest in new technologies such as AI.
