Your everyday impact:

• You look after and support our existing customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• You will create and negotiate offers and follow up on orders
• You will be responsible for handling complaints
• In addition, you will support the expansion of our customer network as part of the acquisition of new customers
• You create statistics and reports and always look for optimisation opportunities on this basis

Who you are:

• Commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Several years of sound experience in a similar area of responsibility
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and confident in English
• You are customer- and service-orientated, take the initiative and are highly self-motivated
• Communication skills, organisational talent and the ability to get things done
• You are familiar with MS Office programmes, especially Excel
