The Indirect Strategic Sourcing Agent, EMEA will serve as the Indirect Lead in EMEA with a concentration on Facilities, MRO and Fleet. This role will support indirect sourcing projects and activities in EMEA (based on business needs).

These activities will include significant interaction with all business units and functions to provide Global Sourcing, Outsourcing, contract Management and supplier relationships and strategy. The role will require interaction with other Strategic Sourcing/Category Managers, both regionally and globally.

The Fleet responsibilities will include the administrative duties for the centralized fleet covering various countries across Europe (Germany, UK, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, Netherlands). Process and manage all Fleet requests and inventory.

This position will support, monitor, evaluate, and mentor the local tactical purchasing team members and site leads while ensuring policies and procedures regarding compliance, commitments, early involvement, supplier selection, supplier evaluation, and supplier development related to the category are understood and implemented.

The role is part of the Global Integrated Supply Team and will be based onsite in Bad Kreuznach, Germany.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in procurement, supply chain, or relevant experience
• Experience in category management, global strategic sourcing, purchasing, supplier relationship management
• Experience in sourcing multiple categories and in fleet and/or travel
• Proven negotiation skills, with demonstrated performance results
• Fluent English and German (minimum B2) speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in SAP is preferred.
