Overview
As a client-facing Principal Consultant, you will lead proactive incident preparedness engagements to strengthen clients’ cyber resilience. You’ll guide varied stakeholders through planning, tabletop exercises, and incident response strategy, ensuring high-quality outcomes and measurable impact. You will collaborate with client teams and internal units to continuously improve service delivery and readiness. This role offers strategic advisory work with direct influence on customers’ security posture and business continuity.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end delivery of proactive incident preparedness projects, including Tabletop Exercises, Incident Response Plan development, and Response Maturity Assessments
- Critically review client Crisis Management, Incident Response, and Business Continuity plans to identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations
- Design, plan, and facilitate diverse TTXs for audiences from technical teams to C-suite, with post-exercise reports containing strategic insights
- Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements from scoping and alignment to deliverable production, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with clients and internal Unit 42 teams as a trusted advisor to enhance cyber resilience and preparedness
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery methodologies through insights from engagements
- Travel approximately 20% to meet client engagement needs
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in incident preparedness and incident response consulting
- Proven experience leading and delivering complex, client-facing cybersecurity engagements from scoping to completion
- Mandatory hands-on experience in incident response and incident preparedness with focus on preparedness
- Professional business fluency in both French and English
