As Senior IT Business Partner (Manufacturing Operations) , you will play a crucial role in bridging IT and business functions, ensuring seamless project execution, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Your contributions will be vital to aligning IT strategies with business goals across multiple locations. Tasks Develop, implement and promote IT strategies that align with business needs, focusing on enhancing internal processes and application landscapes Manage the entire project lifecycle, including demand evaluation, project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication and ensure compliance Align application landscapes across locations to ensure consistent and efficient processes throughout all sites Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, aligning business demands with strategic goals facilitating effective communications and collaboration across teams Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Significant experience in and a passion for IT business partnering, preferably in manufacturing (ideally, Oracle ERP is your home turf) Strong and broad technical knowledge and communications skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information effectively Proficiency in English is essential; good German skills are preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage projects independently, and propose innovative solutions Willingness to travel regularly to Canada and the U.S., with flexibility for remote work Benefits Flexible location : Decide where you want to work from.
