Prestwick Aircraft Maintenance GmbH is a German company and one of the six Heavy Aircraft Maintenance bases of PAML Group. We carry out maintenance on Ryanair’s entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft at our hangar facility located at Hahn Airport, Germany.

The Role

The Role and Responsibilities of an EASA B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineer

• Responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks as required and allocated with minimal supervision
• Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with EASA regulations.
• Complete the appropriate documentation and comply with all company procedures, policies, MOE and EASA regulations.
• Supervision of a team of Aircraft Avionic Mechanics and Aircraft Avionic Trainees
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ensure the company\\\’s Health & Safety Policy is adhered to.
• Any other duties as requested by the Check Supervisor and Management

Your profile

Requirements

• License : EASA Part-66 B2 Aircraft Maintenance License
• Type Rating : Boeing 737 NG (and Max) type rating is required
• Experience : Previous experience in base maintenance is desired.
• Shifts : Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment and willingness to work shifts
• Language : Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken); German is an advantage
• Valid EU driver’s license.
• Interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Applicants must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union
• Preferably holds a German security clearance in accordance with § 7 of German Aviation Security regulations.
