With a team of over 150 people at our locations in Kiel, Hamburg, and our own 22.000 m² logistics center in Lensahn, we are building a global footwear brand that redefines style, comfort, and modern aesthetics.
We are currently facing our next major growth phase—with the clear goal of further expanding our market position this year through internationalization and a significant expansion of our product portfolio.
To achieve this, we are looking for a Footwear Technogist (m/f/d) who will accompany the entire design process of our shoes – from the initial idea to concept development and final implementation. You will create sketches, 3D models, and prototypes, work closely with development, marketing, and production, and ensure that aesthetics, functionality, and user-friendliness blend perfectly.
Important: We are an office-first company. You will work daily in one of our offices in Hamburg or Kiel and be close to the team, the processes, and the brand.
Your mission
- Close collaboration with design, development and production teams to optimise fit, functionality and manufacturing processes
- Evaluation of new materials, components and manufacturing technologies to continuously improve our products
- Preparation of technical drawings, product specifications and manufacturing documentation
- Assessment and refinement of prototypes and samples for fit, comfort, workmanship and durability
- Integration of sustainable materials and suitable manufacturing methods, taking technical requirements and commercial viability into account
- Technical coordination with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure quality, manufacturability and readiness for production
Your profile
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Completed degree or training in product design, industrial design, fashion design, or similar
- Creativity and flair for design, shapes, colors, and materials (previous experience an advantage)
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills to collaborate closely with development, production, and marketing
