- Develop and execute business strategies for electronic material products, including project pipeline creation and conversion
- Implement product-related promotion strategies tailored by region, market, and application
- Define, monitor, and execute strategic target accounts with demand analysis and mid-term targets
- Increase project pipeline and conversion with existing customers while generating new demand in emerging markets
- Identify technological trends, consolidate requirements, and drive new product development initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales teams and factories
