Responsible for preparing, executing, and documenting calibration and preventive maintenance work, ensuring full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliPrepare, execute, and document calibration and preventive maintenance for process instrumentation /liliEnsure compliance with GMP requirements, site procedures, and regulatory standards /liliSupport troubleshooting, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of instrumentation systems /liliCoordinate maintenance activities through SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) /liliReview calibration data/documentation for accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness /liliCollaborate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams /liliContribute to investigations, change controls, and corrective/preventive actions /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ulli5+ years hands-on instrumentation/calibration experience - Pharma, Chemical, process industries, or Oil Gas /liliProven GMP-regulated environment experience - mandatory /liliStrong calibration documentation, execution, and compliance experience /liliTechnical education: Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Control Technology, or related field /liliHF/FH qualification preferred; completed apprenticeship + significant relevant experience also considered /li /ul h3Mandatory Technical Skills /h3 ulliExpert knowledge of CMX Calibration Software /liliStrong understanding of GMP requirements and documentation practices /liliHands-on experience in pharmaceutical, CDMO, process, chemical, or oil gas environments /li /ul h3Additional Technical Skills /h3 ulliGood knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) /liliUnderstanding of maintenance planning and work order management /liliFamiliarity with instrumentation lifecycle management and preventive maintenance programs /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ulliIndependent and structured working style /liliStrong commitment to quality, compliance, and safety /liliReliable, proactive, self-motivated /liliStrong team player with good communication skills /liliAnalytical, solution-oriented mindset /liliAble to prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
