Change & Communications Manager (Remote | 16–24 Hours per Week)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Change & Communications Manager to join a global e-Invoicing transformation programme within a leading pharmaceutical organisation.
This is a fully remote, part-time contract (16–24 hours per week), supporting the successful rollout of e-Invoicing across multiple international business entities, including France, Germany, Norway, Slovakia, the United Arab Emirates and the Philippines.
You'll be responsible for driving change adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication planning, change impact assessments and training needs analysis, ensuring business readiness throughout the programme.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management and communication strategies.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and create stakeholder engagement plans.
- Develop communication plans, project updates, presentations, FAQs and go-live communications.
- Manage communication channels and distribution lists.
- Perform Change Impact Assessments across business processes and ERP systems.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, SMEs and key users.
- Support business readiness and organisational adoption activities.
- Develop Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and define learning paths for end users and key users.
- Collaborate with global project teams to ensure successful implementation across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Change Management within large transformation programmes.
- Experience developing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Strong Change Impact Assessment experience.
- Experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Experience supporting ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience producing high-quality communication materials and presentations.
- Fluent English.
- Nice to Have
- e-Invoicing implementation experience.
- SAP transformation programmes.
- Finance transformation or tax compliance projects.
- Prosci or ADKAR Change Management certification.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industry.
