IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator

ppWe are looking for an experienced bIT Infrastructure Project Coordinator /b to support a pharmaceutical site in Visp, Switzerland. /p pYou will coordinate and support a portfolio of local IT infrastructure projects, working closely with business stakeholders, internal departments and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered successfully. /p pYou will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning through execution, monitoring, control and closure. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate and support local IT infrastructure projects across different divisions. /li liManage project timelines, deadlines and deliverables. /li liCoordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals. /li liTrack tickets and ensure issues are followed through to resolution. /li liTake ownership of vendor interactions, particularly on a technical level. /li liAnalyse business processes and identify appropriate IT solutions. /li liSupport business stakeholders with IT-related topics. /li liCoordinate closely with different departments and key stakeholders. /li liHelp drive projects towards successful completion. /li liSupport network engineering activities when required, depending on project priorities. /li liContribute to improving and establishing IT and project processes. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lib5+ years of experience /b in IT management, implementation and project management. /li liStrong understanding of bIT infrastructure /b and project delivery. /li liExperience coordinating multiple projects and external vendors. /li libFluent German and English /b. /li liGeneral understanding of bGxP / regulated environments /b. /li liStrong organisational and analytical skills. /li liStructured, proactive and solution-oriented approach. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liComfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional and multicultural environment. /li liAbility to coordinate projects while understanding the underlying IT infrastructure. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to work within a major bpharmaceutical/life-sciences environment /b. /li liFully bon-site position in Visp, Switzerland /b. /li liProject running buntil the end of 2026 /b. /li liPackage of up to bCHF 140,000 /b. /li liOpportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of IT infrastructure projects. /li liA collaborative, international and technically challenging environment. /li /ul h3Interested? /h3 pIf you are an experienced bIT Infrastructure Project Coordinator /b with strong project management skills and experience in regulated environments, we would be happy to hear from you. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
